The IMPROVED kit is now coming with 5 rubber bands. Loop the rubber bands 2 time around the base like the picture shown for a snug fit. Also no more gluing the cones on. The base and cone now have a TIGHT FITMENT where glue is no longer necessary to keep the cone on the base for loading.
