Finished in a Colt-style lighter gray, this receiver is ready for your choice of standard AR-15 or M16-pattern components. The finish is slightly lighter than older Colt gray tones, but with a little carbon in the anodizing and natural wear from oily fingers after shooting, it darkens beautifully and develops a stellar, authentic look.
